    Summary
    The main futures of advanced green motel complex design with low energy consumption are discussed. The solar energy audit of a local place, solar architecture design with thermal insulation, energy efficient loads, BIPV, active thermal system for water heating and smart energy management are presented. The design of active solar systems was done by Valentin Energy Software. The green motel complex is designed according the main principals of a passive solar architecture. The share of a green energy in the indoor energy mix is discussed.

    Summary
    The paper discusses the problem of creating autonomous power supply system based on renewable resources according to climatic conditions. The authors studied the characteristics of climate and wind energy potential in Kazakhstan and Latvia and considered the possibilities of creation of a device to convert wind energy at low speed wind. The paper describes an experimental model of a wind turbine with flexible sails. Initial tests of a sail type wind turbine model with dynamically changeable sail shape were carried out at a wind tunnel. The dependencies of the drag force and traction force at various speeds and directions of airflow were obtained. The assessment of the prospects for use of small wind turbines for individual energy supply in both countries was considered.

    Summary
    The article considers a cluster-associate viscosity model based on the conception of chaotized particles. The authors have developed formulas for calculating the distribution of associates by the number of clusters included in them, by medium-integral number of clusters in the associates, by the portion of associates in the liquid. Conditions to verify the cluster-associate model of fluid viscous flow are recommended. The method of verification is based on the law of conservation and transformation of energy at a sudden stop of fluid flow with registered temperature rise due to back aggregation of clusters into associates, having been destroyed at fluid flow. Taking into account the dual effect of temperature makes it possible to describe the entire temperature range of the existence of the liquid from the melting point to the critical temperature.

    Summary
    The paper presents the results of the computer modeling of the behavior of nematic liquid crystals in the presence of single-walled nanotubes. It was found that the behavior of non-polar liquid crystals molecules corresponds to Fredericks transitions. It is shown that carbon nanotubes enhances the liquid crystals ordering. The inversion of influence of electric field on this process is possible by decreasing the electronegativity. The appearance of biaxial states was found.

    Summary
    This paper presents the problems and prospects of application of electric pulse technology for crushing and grinding of inorganic materials. Using scanning electron microscopy, a spectral analysis of samples of technogenic raw materials from Nurkazgan field was made after mechanical grinding and after electric pulse processing. The results of X-ray spectral microanalysis, obtained by using the ZAF method, show changes in microstructure and elemental composition of the samples of industrial raw materials as a result of electric pulse processing. It was established that the technology of electric pulse crushing and grinding of inorganic materials makes it possible to obtain not only a final product with desired size of fragmented particles, but also to change their physical and chemical properties. The results of the spectral analysis show an ambiguous effect of different modes of electric pulse processing on structure and elemental composition of raw material.

    Summary
    A possibility to model morphology of surfaces of semiconductor films containing quantum-sized structures is analyzed. For this aim we use our new map for fractal evolution of measure and method for reconstruction of dynamical chaos by one-dimensional sequence of data. Intermittent distribution of concentration of current carriers typical for images of semiconductor surfaces obtained by modern methods of microscopy was obtained. Distribution of current carriers is presented in phase plane. Using of the approach give us a possibility to model semiconductor surfaces containing horizontal and vertical quantum nanowires.

    Summary
    Multipole-cylindrical field for different contributions of cylindrical field and circular multipole was considered. Equipotential portraits of electrostatic hexapole-cylindrical and decapole-cylindrical fields were obtained. The shape of the deflecting outer electrode defining the spatial distribution of field for schemes of energy analyzers with hexapole-cylindrical and decapolе-cylindrical fields was determined. Schemes of mirror type energy analyzers based on electrostatic hexapole-cylindrical and decapole-cylindrical fields were proposed. Electron-optical characteristics of the proposed schemes were calculated.

    Summary
    The application of existing outdated, inefficient mine winders has increased the cost of minerals several times. The solution to this problem is the creation of an electromagnetic lift installation. With this setup transportation of much greater weight is possible, spending less energy resources in comparison with existing technologies. According to the objectives of creation the electromagnetic lifting installation it is necessary to carry out the analysis and reveal the most loaded periods of work of skips of mine and career electromagnetic lifting installations. While determining the constructive parameters of skips it is necessary to consider the local external forces created by reactions of electromagnetic forces of electromagnets of the directing devices.

    Summary
    The article is devoted to features of burning of water coal fuel of the Shubarkul coal received by electrohydropulse processing from slimes. Computer modeling of dispersion process when burning water coal fuel by means of software package of ANSYS FLUENT was made. The model of geometrical area of installation is received. The picture of a field of temperatures is given in the nozzle plane. The schedule of change of temperature of a coal particle and drop of WCF from various parameters is shown.
