    Summary

    Samples of porous silicon films grown by electrochemical etching have been investigated. Morphology of the films has been studied by use of scanning probe microscope NTegra Therma. We established that electrical properties of thin films of porous silicon are strongly influenced by various factors such as strength of current through a film, etc. Current-voltage characteristic of the porous silicon films has a strong non-linear and chaotic region in a certain range of voltage. Dependence of current on voltage corresponding to multiple electron tunneling can be used for development of generators of chaos with a broadband spectrum.

    TRANSPORTThe article presents comparative analysis of characteristics of different hybrid systems: ADS systems, a neutron source system based on TOKAMAK and systems with a neutron source based on the open plasma traps. The focus is on the development of the latter ones, which are noted for technical simplicity, low-cost source and high utilization of neutrons. It is shown that the developed system of codes for the simulation of the plasma neutron source based on gas-dynamic trap (GDT), neutron transport, and isotope kinetics allows calculations to optimize various parameters of hybrid system, and obtain necessary characteristics to analyze the technical and economic efficiency of such systems.

    New «model» problem of celestial mechanics as the plane problem of four fixed centres, two of those after crossing axes and the other two – on crossing axes at the distance between centres, are considered. The problem is given like quadratures and the number of its applications to the – theory of both artificial and natural heavenly bodies’ motion are introduced.

    Summary

    The corpuscular-optical parameters of the mirror analyzers based on hexapole-cylindrical field were determined by the approximate analytical method of the charged particles’ trajectories calculation. The analysis of the characteristics of the systems with different contributions of cylindrical field and hexapole is given. Amidst the schemes, calculated earlier, there was selected one system which is more optimal by its parameters.

  5. A.B. Usseinov, A.T. Akilbekov, A.K. Dauletbekova RELAXATION MECHANISM OF NONPOLAR AND SURFACES OF ZINC OXIDE: AB INITIO CALCULATIONS.

    Summary

    This paper presents ab initio calculations of non polar and surfaces of zinc oxide. It is shown that the surface more stable than the surface. Electronic relaxation causes redistribution of charge across the surface, where a considerable covalent contribution to chemical bonding is observed. Analysis of vertical ionic displacements showed a typical relaxation picture: after slab relaxation the surface Zn ions are displaced inwards to the slab center, whereas O ions are slightly shifted in the same direction, thus, the anions lies above the cations that usually observed for metal-oxide surfaces.

    Summary

    Curves of a thermal luminescence in Li2SO4H2O are studied. For an explanation of the received results quantum and chemical calculations are carried out. It is shown that radiolysis products molecules of water lead to disintegration of sulphatic anions. On the other hand they “switch off” defects of a sulphatic subsystem from recombination processes.

    Summary

    The results of computer modeling of bimolecular interactions in matrices with different initial order of reagents are presented. Change in distributions of reagents on the induced surface is considered by results of the multifractal analysis. Obtained results allowed to establish that slower kinetics of decrease in matrices with greater extent of order is observed, for which different kinetic regimes are observed in different points of time.

    Modern information methods are based on the system analysis and consider peculiarities of manufacturing techniques and operation on the basis of car modelin. Their realizations are by methods of nonlinear mechanics of deformation and destruction. In this regard, application of these methods to calculation of lifting vessels (skips) of mine and opencast pneumolifting installations is an actual problem of ensuring reliability of their work, experimental check of the results obtained by theoretical way. Besides, modern theoretical methods of calculation and design of various products and constructions assume active use of the method of the final elements possessing concentrated expression that is the package of the applied ANSYS programs. In this plan the package of the applied ANSYS programs can be used at theoretical and analytical researches as well.

    Summary

    The paper substantiates the advantages of electric pulse machining of ore and technogenic raw materials. It describes the major features of electric pulse technology, which uses the energy of shock wave pressure. We experimentally determined the optimal parameters of electric pulse device for efficient crushing of ore from Akshatau deposit. The paper presents the results of spectral analysis of technogenic raw materials before and after the electric pulse machining. It demonstrates that electric pulse machining can significantly increase the amount of copper and silver in the original raw materials
