    Summary

    The influence of temperature and magnetic field on delayed fluorescence of mixed Langmuir films of molecules 7-decyloxy-3 (4′-ethoxyphenyl)-coumarin and palimitic acid is investigated. In this films consist of microcrystals and clusters with non-crystalline structure. The annihilation is stipulated by interaction of molecules of different layers and most effective occurred at low temperatures at registration time till the 0.5 ms.

    In work the expressions describing dependences of kinetic factors of carriers of a charge from a thickness of semiconductor films at certain values of superficial potential are received. The estimation of a value of superficial electrostatic potential in films p-Ge on the basis of experimental data on research of thick dependences of kinetic factors is resulted. Satisfactory conformity of values of the superficial potential received by a calculating way and from experimental data is established.

    Summary

    Within the framework of the Glauber multiple scattering theory, differential cross sections of proton p- and K-mesons scattering off the ground state and inelastic scattering to the first excited state of 7Li nucleus have been calculated. Wave functions of the nucleus have been taken in the cluster at-model. Sensitivity of calculated characteristics to the wave functions of a- and t- clusters and their relative motion has been considered. Different multiplicities of scattering and rescattering from the clusters of 7Li nucleus have been taken into account and their contributions to the cross sections have been demonstrated. Comparison to the experimental data has been carried out. .

    Program complex, which implements Monte-Carlo method for modeling of particle transfer in systems which parameters depends of particle flux, is developed. Complex is oriented on computations of parameters of different astrophysical objects, and parameters of perspective nuclear systems. Approach to modeling process, is described in article. Test results are presented. Problem definitions from areas of neutron physics and astrophysics are presented.     In work influence of electrohydroimpulse processing on structure and quality of watercoal mixtures is investigated. By means of a linearization of the nonlinear equation of an electrodischarge circuit the estimation of parameters of the category is carried out. Change of properties of a watercoal mixture, including, moistness, cinderness, heat of combustion, after electrohydroimpulse processing is studied. It is shown that the given method allows combining process of crushing of coal and receiving of watercoal mixtures with set of thermophysical properties. .

    The work shows the regularities of changes in the forces of drag and aerodynamic lift force acting on a rotating cone under the influence of wind currents. During the research also it was examined the effect roughness on the surface of the cone. The results are presented in graphs and physically examined. When observation revealed that the age-velocity increases lift and drag relatively precise numerical values of influence roughness surface.

    The paper presents holistic approaches for experimental data processing during research into the behavior of a complex system of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis such as the Metal1 – Metal2 – Nitrogen system. The holistic approach takes into account that the combustion characteristics during self-propagating high-temperature synthesis are the characteristics for a high temperature chemical environment with heterocatalytical processes. Dissipative structures are plotted on the basis the following factors: analogies with well-known types of phase portraits, using known invariants, and observance of symmetry.

    Summary

    The electrophysical and photoelectrical properties of thin films of arsenide gallium produced by the deposition on substrate of polycrystalline corundum from the ablation plasma, formed by power ions bunch, were investigated. The annealing effect in vacuum and air on the characteristics of dark and photoconduction of films was established. Chalcogenide passivation from the alcohol solution treatment effect and followed annealing in vacuum and air effect on the electrophysical characteristics and photosensitivity of films were investigated. The conditions of the thermal and chemical treatment were determined, in which the most stable properties changes were achieved. The chalcogenide passivation allows improving the films characteristics, to stabilize them and to enhance the stability of a films surface to an oxidation in air. .
