    Summary
    Dose dependences of thermal conductivity and density of polytetrafluoroethelene (PTFE) were studied. It is found that irradiation of PTFE up to 1 MGy comes to increasing of crystallinity degree and at higher doses comes to decreasing.

    Summary
    In offered work results of theoretical calculation of inversion of densities of population and factor of strengthening from detuning frequencies of laser radiation are resulted at various pressure of buffer gas. It is established that the above pressure of buffer gas, the more widely detuning frequencies of exciting radiation. With increase in pressure value of a maximum of inverse density of population and strengthening factor moves towards increase detuning.

    Summary

    In work results of research of monocrystals of potassium sulphate are resulted. Pure of potassium sulphate, and also of potassium sulphate doped have been investigated by ions of cobalt, manganese and nickel. Optical measurements were carried out by a photo-electric method, by a standard technique with the help SPh-16. Researches have shown, that accumulation lightsum in pique TL at 280-300К goes in the doped crystal faster, than in a pique recombination luminescence with a maximum at 190К. We know, that as a result of an irradiation in x-ray quantums there is a change of a charging condition impurity ion of copper. It is shown, that influence to radiation leads to reduction of optical density in impurity strips of absorption. Authors of work give this a unique explanation: there is a change of a charging condition at initial ions of bivalent transitive metals, that is there is a formation of ions Ме+ or Ме3+.

  4. A. ZhanbotinLUMINESCENT SILICA NANOPARTICLES: MORPHOLOGY AND SYNTHESIS METHODS.

    Summary

    Luminescent, photostable, and easily functionalized silica nanoparticles (NPs) have been widely used for biochemical sensing, time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay, imaging of blood vessels, and bioanalytical assays. These NPs are typically generated by incorporating different emission centers, such as organic/inorganic fluorophores, quantum dots, or lanthanides, into the silica matrix. The current article reviews different researches of Luminescent colloidal silica nanoparticles for period of last couple years and shows how their properties can be used in different applications. Main works based on using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) to grow nanoparticles of mesoporous silica. The main method to prepare them was Stober basic route.

    Summary

    The symmetry analysis was applied to the thermoelectric converters of energy (generators (TEG), coolers (TEC), and heaters (TEH)) with non-uniform legs (inhomogeneous, segmented, graded, functionally graded, and of non- regular shape). The concept of symmetry was used in a widen sense that includes space order and proportion, harmony, synergism, and also all their infringements in modules. The analysis was carried out within four structural levels including ones for the materials, the legs, the thermocouples, and the group of converters of energy. The increase in Z for the converters with non-uniform legs was shown to be due to the additional contributions of “bulk” thermoelectric effects in a combination with the decrease of the contribution of irreversible processes (Joule’s heat emission and heat conductivity) at the breakdown of the symmetry of the legs. The crystallographic symmetry of thermoelectric materials and the own symmetry of the legs and modules providing the increase of the figure of merit Z for converters was specified.

    In the given work results of an experimental research of pulsations of temperature on the evaporating surface and in the steam volume of the laboratory evaporator installation are given. Research of the major factors influencing pulsations of temperature in the solution, on the phase boundary and in the steam-gaseous medium is carried out.

    Summary

    Paper shows the opportunity of describing nonlinear properties of heat and mass exchange processes in a non-uniform liquid at pulse influence based on research behavior of open system, which is capable to self-organize structures. The formulas to calculate polytrope parameter received, and, there are considered change of structural and dynamic properties of a non-uniform liquid at change of gas concentration.

  8. V.V. Arkhipov THE THEORY OF DYNAMICAL STABILITY OF WAVE PACKETS

    Summary

    In this article we show that a wave packet for massive particles can save pseudo stability, if it is composed with a discrete set of harmonics. This packet, after periodicity in a consequence of dispersion, is reconstructed at some smearing. Such behavior is denoted in this paper as dynamical stability and may be used as an illustration of a particle moving through physical vacuum, that is characterized by periodic annihilations with appropriate antiparticles and delivery of its momentum to the next identical particle.

    Summary

    A comparison of experimental data processing with genetic algorithm, bees algorithm and extended bees algorithm was carried for data obtained with relative double wave x-ray reflectometry. Different precision ratio for film thickness interpretation was discovered when different algorithms were applied. It was found that extended bees algorithm demonstrates sufficiently higher precision compared with two other algorithms.

    The statistics of the energy spectra for random electron systems are investigated near the metal-insulator transition. The fluctuations of the number of one-electron states in a finite energy interval are considered. The total probability of the level number is shown to be scale-invariant. The results are obtained at the critical point with and without time-reversal symmetry. The existence of the critical statistics is a prominent signature of the localization transition.

    Summary

    The disordered quantum systems are considered in the one-electron approximation. The discrete spectrum is calculated using the Anderson model for orthogonal and unitary symmetry. The electron spectral fluctuations are studied in terms of the two-level correlation function and the form-factor. The universality at the metal-insulator transition is demonstrated. It is shown that asymptotic of the two-level correlations at large energies vanish faster as expected.
